What Khel Baz is

Khel Baz is a directory of sports venues in Pakistan where you can compare venues, read and write reviews and send booking requests. We aren't a venue operator: each venue is run by its owner, who is responsible for its facilities, prices, safety and the bookings they accept.

Your account

• Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• You must be at least 13 to create an account.

Booking requests

• A booking is a request until the venue confirms it. The slot is held while the venue decides. Requests the venue doesn't answer within 24 hours, or before the start time, expire.
• Prices are set by venues and shown before you send a request. Unless the venue says otherwise, you pay the venue directly. Khel Baz doesn't take payments.
• To keep slots free for everyone, you can have up to 3 open requests at one venue and 10 in total.
• You can cancel a request or confirmed booking from My bookings before it starts. Venues may have their own cancellation rules, so check with them.
• Venues can decline requests and may cancel confirmed bookings; they're expected to tell you why.
• Any dispute about a booking, payment or the facilities is between you and the venue, though we're happy to help where we can.

Reviews and content

Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. Don't post anything that is false, abusive, hateful, sexual, illegal, someone else's private information, advertising, or written for a venue you own or compete with. You keep ownership of what you post, but you allow us to show it on Khel Baz. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Listing a venue (business accounts)

• Only list venues you own or are authorised to manage, and keep the details (prices, hours, courts, contact numbers and location) accurate.
• Respond to booking requests promptly and honour the bookings you confirm.
• Use players' contact details only to handle their bookings. Don't use them for marketing without their permission.
• Some features, such as performance metrics and competitor analysis, are part of the Pro plan. If a plan is paid, we'll show the price and terms before you're charged.

Venues listed from public information

Some venues are listed by us from publicly available information so players can find them. If you run one of these venues, open it and choose "Claim this venue". We check every claim (for example by calling the venue's listed number) before handing the listing over, and may refuse claims we can't verify. To have a listing corrected or removed instead, email us24man@gmail.com.

Using Khel Baz fairly

Don't misuse the service: no fake accounts, bookings or reviews, no scraping or bulk copying of listings, no attempts to break, overload or get around the site's security, and nothing illegal. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Accuracy and liability

We work to keep listings accurate, but most details come from venues and the public, so we can't guarantee that prices, availability, opening hours or locations are always correct. Khel Baz is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from a venue's services, a cancelled or refused booking, or interruptions to the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Closing your account

You can stop using Khel Baz at any time and ask us to delete your account (see our privacy policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as Khel Baz grows. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
