How listing works

1. 1. Create a business accountSign up, then enter your business name. It's free, and your venues are listed under it.
2. 2. Add your venueIts name, sports, courts or pitches, prices, location on the map and contact numbers. It goes live as soon as you save, and you can hide it any time.
3. 3. Players find youYour venue shows on the map, in search and on the sport and city pages. Players can call you or message you on WhatsApp straight away.

Listing is enough for players to contact you. Turn on bookings and they can also request a slot right on your venue's page:

1. Open your venue's settings and, under Bookings, tick Accept booking requests on Khel Baz. Set your opening hours.
2. Players pick a free hourly slot on one of your courts and send a request with their phone number.
3. You get a notification and confirm or decline it in Account → Venue bookings. A request you don't answer within 24 hours (or by its start time) expires and the slot opens up again.
4. Players pay you at the venue. Confirmed slots are blocked, so nobody else can book them.

To stop one player blocking your week, each player can have at most 3 open requests at your venue.

We list many venues ourselves. If yours is one of them, don't add it again: create your business account, open the venue on the map and choose Claim this venue. Once we've checked you run it, it moves to your account and you can edit it and turn on bookings.
