What to write to us about

• A problem with a booking: contact the venue first (their number is on the booking in My bookings). If that doesn't work, email us with the venue and booking time.
• Wrong venue details: tell us the venue and what's wrong.
• You run a listed venue: to manage it, open it and choose "Claim this venue". Email us to have it corrected or removed, or if someone else has claimed it.
• A review that breaks our rules: send us the venue and the review.
• Your data: to get a copy or delete your account, email from your account's email address (see our privacy policy).
